Steve founded Expressively Speaking in 1989 with the vision of assisting individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential for effective, dynamic communication. Steve has fifteen years as a performer, director, and coach in the entertainment industry and has incorporated his avid study of human potential and transformational processes with twelve years of practical application to business perspectives. Joanne also boasts an entertainment performance and production background and has succeeded in the business environment as a project manager, trainer, and coach in   a Fortune 100 environment. Both are known for their open, engaging, motivational style.
